The newly remodeled 4,303 square foot, 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom traditional home was built in 1959 and features a chef’s kitchen with white marble countertops and stainless steel appliances, a master suite, dark hardwood floors, multiple fireplaces, a large patio, a basketball court, and a yard with room for a pool.
Conrad also owns a penthouse in Beverly Hills which she purchased for $1,300,000 shortly after selling the Hollywood Hills home that served as the filming location for “The Hills.”
