Actress Reese Witherspoon was admitted to a Los Angeles hospital yesterday after exhibiting signs of preterm labor not once but twice over the past two days.
Tuesday night first-time-father Jim Toth took his wife to a medical facility to be checked out when she started having contractions. Doctors check her out and sent her home to rest.
When the 36-year-old ‘Walk the Line’ celeb experienced a recurrence of the labor pains on Wednesday she returned to the hospital. This time Reese was admitted and placed on bed rest until she gets closer to her early September due date.
Witherspoon has two children with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe; Ava, 12, and Deacon, 8.
