Tina Fey has given birth to a baby girl, her second daughter with husband Jeff Richmond. They named the newest member of their family Penelope Athena.
The new baby was born on Wednesday, August 10. She has an older sister, five-year-old Alice Zenobia.
Fey and Richmond wed in a Greek Orthodox ceremony in 2001 after a seven year relationship. The actress also bears a Greek middle name — she was born Elizabeth Stamatina.
The 30 Rock star has had an “easy” second pregnancy. She and her composer spouse decided not to find out the baby’s gender before the birth event. She joked with Ellen DeGeneres: “I’m just going to see what it chooses to wear to prom.”
While promoting her latest book Bossypants, the former SNL comedian gave Oprah Winfrey the pregnancy scoop in April.
