Jewel and her rodeo star husband Ty Murray are expecting their first child. The singer has confirmed that she is in the second trimester of her pregnancy.
The musician discovered that she was ‘with child’ on the first day of her new reality show Going Platinum. Jewel said: “It was so hard to keep it a secret. I was worried I’d start throwing up on set and everyone would be like, ‘Oh, she’s pregnant.'”
The couple wed in the Bahamas in 2008. They reside on a 2,200-acre ranch in Texas and are busy remodeling and converting a guest room into a nursery.
