Rocker and winner of “The Celebrity Apprentice,” Bret Michaels, will perform “Every Rose Has Its Thorn” on Wednesday, August 4 on NBC’s “America’s Got Talent.”

The 46-year-old singer recently became engaged to longtime girlfriend Krisit Lynn Gibson after surviving a throng of major medical issues.

As front man for the rock band Poison, Michaels has sold 25 million records and scored 15 Top 40 singles, including the #1 smash “Every Rose Has Its Thorn.” Poison’s music has been featured in films such as “Mr. and Mrs. Smith,” “Grandma’s Boy” and “Deuce Bigelow-European Gigolo,” and they continue to be one of the industry’s top-grossing concert attractions.

Michaels’ new CD “Custom Built” is available in stores now.

In its fifth season, “America’s Got Talent,” features Nick Cannon as the host and Sharon Osbourne, Howie Mandel and Piers Morgan star as the celebrity panel of judges.
