It looks like ‘actress’ Lindsay Lohan has dodged another HUGE bullet. Still at the Cannes Film Festival, she missed a mandatory court appearance yesterday. Her lawyer told a judge that his celeb client was stuck in France because her passport was stolen,

The wayward LiLo has apparently secured a replacement passport and is expected to arrive back in L.A. on Friday, where the press will be eagerly waiting.

Lohan’s lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley posted $100,000 bail, paying a bondsman $10,000 on Thursday, immediately after the hearing. No word on whether or not the bondsman was “Dog the Bounty Hunter.”

The cash was to ensure that she would show up for her appearance on Monday and to temporarily satisfy the judge in the case, who wasn’t buying Lohan’s excuse for being a no-show. We’re told that Michael Lohan was on hand for the hearing, though we seriously doubt that he came up with the bail money.

With all the facts in the case and the violations to her probation, it is likely that after Monday’s hearing before Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel, Lindsay will be sporting a new bracelet around her ankle to monitor alcohol intake and will also be subject to weekly drug testing.

As for jail time, there is a chance that she could still get up to 6 months behind bars for not complying with the judges previous orders on attending weekly alcohol education classes. We are not sure what “6 months” translates to in celebrity time.
