After a six-year engagement, Sacha Baron Cohen and Isla Fisher were married last week in Paris. The Jewish ceremony took place on March 15 and included only a few close friends and family members.
The nuptials were low-key because Isla and the “Borat” star “wanted no fuss”. Fisher, of “Wedding Crashers” fame, wrote in an e-mail to a friend, “We did it — we’re married! It was the absolute best day of my life.”
The couple became engaged in 2004 and have a 2-year-old daughter Olive.
