Brad Pitt and his parents Bill Pitt and Jane Pitt took in the sights of Niagara Falls in Ontario on Saturday. Also accompanying the group were Pitt’s sons Maddox Jolie-Pitt, 7, and Pax Jolie-Pitt, 5.

The group boarded the Maid of the Mist, which took them for a close up view of the famous Niagara Falls. Pitt had on dark glasses and a black hooded sweatshirt to shield his identify. The group got celebrity treatment and were ushered to the head of the line awaiting entry onto the tourist boat and were promptly escorted to the upper deck, along with several body guards.

The tour starts out at a calm part of the Niagara River near the Rainbow Bridge. The boat travels past the American and Bridal Veil Falls then into the dense mist inside the curve of the Horseshoe Falls.

Several of the photos show the group wearing complimentary blue plastic rain ponchos to shield their clothing from the spray coming from their close proximity of the falls. The lucky shutterbug was James P. McCoy, who captured the photos for the Buffalo News. More photos and details available here.

Pitt’s partner and the mother of their six children did not accompany the group. She was reportedly in Albany, where she is filming the spy thriller Salt.
