Matthew McConaughey has been cast in the role Owen Wilson dropped out of after his hospitalization for a suicide attempt.
The role is an uncredited cameo in the film “Tropic Thunder” which is currently shooting in Hawaii, for a week.
Ben Stiller will be directing and starring in the comedy, which also stars Jack Black, Robert Downey Jr, Steve Coogan and Nick Nolte.
