Kiefer Sutherland was arrested on suspicion of DUI early Tuesday morning in Hollywood. According to reports he failed the sobriety test, blowing more than twice the legal limit of .08.
The “24” star had attended the FOX Fall Eco-Casino party at Area nightclub earlier in the evening. The photo above was taken at the party.
Because Sutherland was previously convicted of a DUI, he faces mandatory jail time if convicted a second time.
