The 50th Annual Grammy Awards took place in Los Angeles last night. The Grammy telecast is the only peer presented award to honor artistic achievement, technical proficiency and overall excellent in the recording industry, without regard to album sales or chart position. Our lead photo shows performers Fergie and Alicia Keys on stage during last nights event.
The show was full of wonderful music, including an emotional pictorial and dance tribute to The Beatles. Amy Winehouse was the much anticipated performer of the evening. Her performance was broadcast via satellite. She received 5 Grammy’s for her Rehab album. Kanye West performed a tribute to his mother Donde West. Beyonce and Tina Turner rocked the house with Proud Mary.
