We are sure by now you have seen the pictures of the “Smile” singer, Lily Allen drunk at the Glamour Women of the Year Awards. When presented with the Editor’s Special Award, she got on stage and said she was sorry for being so pissed up.
Lily wore a light pink, off the shoulder dress with what appeared to have Bambi all over it and matched it up with bright pink hair. By the end of the night the singer had to be carried to her waiting car because she was so drunk.
In an attempt to smooth things over with her fans, Lily wrote an “apology” for her crazy behavior on her MySpace blog saying:
Last time I wrote here, I was defending my honor and dignity, explaining my innocence and also outrage at the press for insinuating my behavior (sunbathing topless while on holiday) was embarrassing. This time I’m putting my hands up, I got very drunk last night, too drunk. It’s not cool getting that drunk, I feel awful…”
In an attempt to warn kids about the dangers of drinking she went on the say:
Kid’s drink responsibly or you’ll end up looking like this, not pretty! Was quite fun though, from what I remember.”
What the…we sure hope she won’t be doing any public announcements anytime soon. Hey kids, you may not look pretty while getting drunk, but hey you will have a great time in the process.
