Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck are developing a reputation for bailing out of home purchases at the last minute according to sources in the know.
We recently reported that Ben and Jen had purchased a $16 million home currently under construction in Brentwood. Apparently the couple was convinced that this $27,500,000 home in Holmby Hills would be a better buy.
The 12,000 square foot, 1930’s Hollywood Georgian features 9 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, including a 2,500 square foot master bedroom with a private sitting room, four fireplaces, sauna, a humongous terrace with outdoor fireplace, 3-car garage, a paneled library with hidden wine cellar, screening room, staff quarters, and a 2 bedroom guest house adjacent to the pool.
We’ll have to wait and see if they actual close on the house.
