Madonna has reportedly plunked down $40 million for a posh Upper East Side four-story Georgian-style townhouse in New York.
The list of amenities includes 13 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, a 2-car garage, 3,000 square foot garden, nine fireplaces, an elevator and a wine cellar with a grotto.
Madge and her children, Lourdes Leon,12, Rocco Ritchie, 8, and David Banda, 3, won’t be moving into the new digs until extensive renovation is completed, including a major security upgrade.
