Victoria Principal is being sued by a maid who claims the former “Dallas” star pulled a gun on her.
Maribel Banegas claims she took the dog for a walk while working in Victoria’s Malibu home, and returned to find the actress enraged because it took her so long.
When Banegas tried to explain that the dog wouldn’t go to the bathroom she was fired on the spot. She requested her final paycheck and Principal went upstairs and came back down with a gun “which she then pointed and aimed” at the maid.
According to the lawsuit Victoria verbally threatened to kill Banegas and asked another housekeeper to “stand aside in order that she could kill the plaintiff.”
Banegas is suing for unspecified damages claiming assault, false imprisonment and emotional distress.
Victoria Principal, 59, is best known for her role as Pamela Barns Ewing on the long-running CBS nighttime drama Dallas from 1978 to 1987.
