Reality show Real Housewife of Orange County is getting a little publicity as a direct result of the actions of Lynne Curtin. The star moved out of her leased home and took some of the rental furniture right along with her.
The owner of the home is accusing Lynne of stealing items valued at $5,000, including a bookcase, credenza, armoire and a glass shelf. The pilfered items have been reported to the Lauguna Beach police department.
Curtin reportedly trashed the carpets, walls and a Travertine tub. The owner told TMZ, “I am blown away that grown people can behave this way. They have daughters, how can they seriously think they are setting an example.”
No word from Lynne or her rep at this time.
