Kanye West showed his a$$ at the MTV VMAs, and jumped onstage during Taylor Swift‘s acceptance speech for Best Female Video, grabbed her microphone, and declared Beyonce‘s video one of the best of all time.
Poor Taylor was speechless. The crowd gave her a standing ovation as she left the stage, and later booed when Diddy mentioned Kanye’s name. Go VMA audience! After much public ridicule and peer pressure to do so, there was eventually an apology – view it here.
