Singer Mya has become just one more casualty in the Dancing With the Stars “curse” that seems to plague many of the contestants each season on the hit show.
Last Sunday Mya cut her foot on a piece of glass and had to be taken to the hospital. Her injury left her hobbling around with stitches in her foot.
Mya tweeted about the incident, “Went 2 hospital late last night 2 get stitches (sic). Deep cut from glass. Only caught 2 hours of sleep but feel great. Must be adrenaline.”
No worries for the many fans who think Mya will take the trophy this season. She claims that this won’t slow her down. She was lucky not to have to perform on the premiere show on Monday night because it was all about the male contestants. The women are on tonight and it should be interesting to see how it goes.
