It was night two of the ABC premiere of the hit reality show Dancing with the Stars and time for the women to take the dance floor. Kelly Osbourne and her professional partner Louis van Amstel performed an elegant and respectable Viennese Waltz.
Ozzy Osbourne hugged and kissed his daughter and Sharon Osbourne was filled with emotion that spilled over in a gush of tears. Kelly’s young fiance Luke Worrall was also there to watch Kelly – see photos of the couple here.
The judges were genuinely pleased with Kelly’s performance and so were the fans, who gave her a rousing round of applause. Kelly and her partner earned an amazing 31 points for the evening, only bested by Joanna & Derek who scored 33. Len Goodman pronounced their dance the “best Viennese waltz of the night.” Bruno Tonioli love the “impeccable style.”
Based on the audience reaction to her performance and interaction with her parents immediately afterward, Kelly might just be this season’s fan favorite. In her exit interview Kelly gushed, “That was the most fun I ever had.”
