Like many high profile couples, the time has apparently come for Julianne Hough and her country singing boyfriend Chuck Wicks to take a break. The celebrity pair mutually decided that they need some time apart.
The two will still uphold their obligations this evening at the Country Music Association Awards. Chuck with be interviewing on the red carpet for Entertainment Tonight and the lovely Miss Julianne will be a presenter.
They initially met through fellow country singer Brad Paisley while touring with the star. It only took a few weeks of dating for the two to start talking about marriage. Julianne said, “The minute we met it was perfect.”
Julianne, a professional dancer, has taken time away from Dancing With The Stars to test the waters as a country singer. With the split, it should be interesting to see if she goes back to her dancing roots in Los Angeles or sticks it out in Nashville.
Who knows—maybe a little time away will be just what they need and they will reunite and walk down that aisle together.
