As it turns out, Dancing with the Stars season 9 alum Aaron Carter really did have good reason to cry on the hit ABC reality show. According to documents filed in Los Angeles yesterday, he owes the IRS $1,010,635, for unpaid taxes dating back to 2003.
The singer’s manager, Johnny Wright, had this to say, “It is unfortunate that while Aaron was a minor, his finances were grossly mismanaged by his previous team which has lead to the current situation of which he was unaware. He is now working with a new team to take appropriate actions for speedy resolution of the matter and looks forward to putting this behind him.”
