Love it! A small town sports bar called Boomer’s Sports Cellar and Club in Idaho is in deep trouble for playing tunes without proper music licensing. Country phenom Taylor Swift‘s copyrights have been violated, but no worries. The powers that be are all over the matter and will see that justice is served in the matter.
BMI, the company that enforces music royalties, performed a “sting” operation on the bar to see if things were on the up-and-up…and they weren’t. A copyright lawsuit has been filed and Swift’s name is included.
It’s worse than you thought, they were not only playing CMA Entertainer of the Year winner’s music, they were using her songs for KARAOKE! Clearly, they don’t know that Swift dates a werewolf.
We can’t help but wonder if Kanye West owns any establishments in Lewiston, Idaho. After all, he has already demonstrated that he doesn’t have a problem stealing her thunder.
