The 67th Annual Golden Globe Awards nominations were announced on Tuesday, December 15, 2009. Best Motion Picture nominees for top drama include Avatar, The Hurt Locker, Inglourious Basterds, Precious and Up In The Air.

Best Performance By An Actress nominees for drama: Emily Blunt for The Young Victoria, Sandra Bullock for The Blind Side, Helen Mirren for The Last Station, Carey Mulligan for An Education and Gabourey Sidibe for Precious.

Best Performance By An Actor nominees for drama: Jeff Bridges for Crazy Heart, George Clooney for Up In The Air, Colin Firth for A Single Man, Morgan Freeman for Invictus and Tobey Maguire for Brothers.

The award statues are presented annually by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association to recognize outstanding achievements in the entertainment industry, both domestic and foreign, and to focus wide public attention upon the best in motion pictures and television.

The awards show will air on January 17, 2010 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills. The 67th Annual Golden Globe Awards Show will be carried Live on NBC at 8:00 p.m. EST.
