The 15th Annual Critics Choice Awards 2010 were held last night at the Hollywood Palladium and aired on VH-1. The evening was hosted by the lovely Kristin Chenoweth and revealed the winners as determined by the Broadcast Film Critics Association. The highlight of the evening was the make out session between Best Actress winners Meryl Streep for “Julie & Julia”, and Sandra Bullock for “The Blind Side”. The impromptu love fest was a big hit with award presenter Bradley Cooper and the rest of the crowd.
Big winner of the night was “Avatar” with six awards, but the Best Picture went to “The Hurt Locker”. Historically the winner in this category has gone on to win the Academy Award for the past three years.
Jeff Bridges won Best Actor for “Crazy Heart”. Mo’Nique won Best Supporting Actress for “Precious”. More winner info here.
