Just six months after adopting a baby girl, Mariska Hargitay and husband Peter Hermann have added a baby boy to their family.
Andrew Nicolas Hargitay joins adopted daughter Amaya Josephine, and the couple’s 5-year-old biological son, August.
“Their hearts were so opened by the adoption,” a source tells Us Weekly. “So they couldn’t imagine NOT taking the opportunity to bring another baby into the family.”
The couple, married since 2004, are “overjoyed” says the source.
“Mariska is thrilled and amazed with all the new blessings and great fortune,” continues the source. “She has more love than she imagined!”
