Jon Bon Jovi‘s daughter, Stephanie Rose Bongiovi, was arrested early Wednesday morning after an alleged heroin overdose.
Police officers and emergency medical technicians responded to a call from a dorm room at Hamilton College in upstate New York about a female’s alleged overdose, and arrived just after 2 a.m. to find Bongiovi unresponsive.
Bongiovi, 19, was arrested and taken into custody after heroin, marijuana and drug paraphernalia were found in her dorm room.
Another student, 21-year-old Ian S. Grant, was also arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Bongiovi was released from jail and is recovering at a hospital. She will appear in court at a later date.
