Frederic Prinz von Anhalt commissioned a billboard to celebrate the 96th birthday of his famous Hungarian-born actress and socialite wife Zsa Zsa Gabor.
In a nod to Sunday’s 85th Academy Awards, Gabor’s ninth husband designed and paid for the large sign on Sunset Boulevard that features a photo of the couple and boldly proclaims, “And the Oscar goes to Zsa Zsa Gabor! Happy Birthday my love. Your Husband.”
Her decades younger spouse, 69, made headlines in 2007 when he claimed he had a ten year affair with Anna Nicole Smith and could be the father of her baby, Dannielynn. A paternity test later proved that the child’s biological father was photographer Larry Birkhead.
