A while ago, Radar reported that ex Source staffers were launching a new hip-hop tabloid. The site speculated that the mag was going to be called The Truth and had it on good word that the launch was “a zillion percent true.”

Well, Idolator has a cover that is “a zillion percent fake” but still pretty funny. Until David Mays and his crew do launch the new mag, which we will officially be named is actually Hip Hop Weekly, this will have to do.

Idolator scored an exclusive first look at the magazine’s debut issue–which, as Mays promised, certainly brings “the realness.”

When the real realness hits (October 16) we just pray (pray!) there isn’t an Olsen on the cover. (Shuddering, shuddering.)
