A few weeks ago, The Real Housewives of Orange County viewers saw the Housewives work out that Tamra Judge was a manipulative snake.
At least, that’s what they accused her of being after they noticed that all dramatic roads led to Tamra.
Now, however, Tamra is saying that she can explain why it looks like she’s guilty of stirring up drama.
Tamra is claiming, like so many reality stars before her, that she was on the receiving end of the infamous “bad edit.”
Now, she’s trying to clear the air, and also teasing some of the explosive drama to come at the Season 14 Reunion special.
Tamra had an eventful season
Season 14 really thrust her into the spotlight since Vicki was only a “Friend” at the time, and Tamra got busy using that spotlight to the fullest, from making out with Braunwyn to family therapy with her deeply troubled son. However …
Everyone is onto Tamra
In Season 14, all of the Housewives started comparing notes and realized that Tamra was at the epicenter of their drama, even when Tamra seemingly had plausible deniability.
Kelly said that Tamra badmouthed Shannon
Kelly told Shannon that Tamra had badmouthed her, seemingly gossiped about her regaining a small amount of weight, and even ridiculed her for seeking medical help after she was bonked on the head (by Kelly).
Shannon believed her
First of all, Shannon had ONLY told Tamra about the weight gain, because she considers her close like a sister. Also, Kelly straight up showed her a mocking message that Tamra had sent about the rush to urgent care.
It was Vicki who started the “stairs” rumor …
But of course, it was Tamra who was caught on a recording repeating it in a clip that was laked in April. That’s now the rumor made it into public discourse, not Vicki.
Speaking of rumors …
It may have been Vicki “dropping hints” that there was a rumor, but it was Tamra who first used the word “train” on camera. Kelly’s Train Rumor worries, silly as they were, were started by Tamra.
She likes to play messenger
Judging from this season in particular, Tamra seems to relay hurtful things that others have said at the exact wrong moment, creating a scene and a bunch of hurt feelings.
She helped reignite some feuds
Tamra was the one who repeated Kelly’s line about only wanting to attend Vicki’s funeral, not her tea party. Vicki cried and that’s when she first talked about Kelly and “stairs.”
Tamra has always been dramatic
It does make her one hell of a reality star and an entertainer. But does it make her a good friend?
Now, Tamra is defending herself
“I don’t usually blame editing, but it was EDITING!” Tamra recently opened up to her fans and followers on social media.
She says you can never trust reality TV
“It’s reality TV. So much is taken out of context!” Tamra argues
She’s unbothered by the hate, though
“I know who I am, and that’s all that matters,” Tamra asserted to her fans.
She did acknowledge a little
Tamra knows that she’s not really one to hold back, but explains that producers edit what they show of her to fit the storyline and to make each episode as entertaining as possible. Well, folks, it works.
She also teased about the Reunion
The Reunion special for Season 14 was filmed weeks ago, but will air in December.
Also, someone crossed a line with her
Tamra says that one of her castmates — but does not say which one — accuses her of being a straight-up liar during the Reunion taping.
That really set off Tamra
“One thing I’m absolutely NOT is a liar!!!” Tamra furiously asserts.
She says the accusation came from a place of anger
“To have someone try to destroy your character because she’s mad is total bulls–t” Tamra declared. That’s true enough.
