A former lead cast member on Law & Order: SVU has been accused of making some pretty enormous and disturbing threats against an ex-boyfriend.
And also his dog.
In a new lawsuit filed by magician JB Benn, the ex-boyfriend of Diane Neal claims this actress owes him money for a home the former couple bought together back when they were dating.
But that is far from the most explosive detail in this lawsuit.
At one point, these legal documents cite a vicious tirade Neal allegedly went on against Benn during their time as a romantic item...
... and it's a tirade he says he actually recorded in March of 2018.
"You are the least fun person I have ever met," Neal seems to yell on this recording, according to TMZ.
She then added:
"You don't think it's about connections because you refuse to be connected with anybody. Even me! Which is why I am going to punish you with death and kill your f-cking dog."
Whoa there, right?!?
In this same recording, Neal takes EXTREME issue with Benn for not giving her his cell phone's security code.
As for why he actually recorded the couple's arguments at the time?
He says in the lawsuit it was because he feared she'd eventually blame him for any "misfortune" in their relationship.
Without really taking any sides in this complete mess of a break-up, it's safe to say that this fear may have been realized just a few days ago.
As previously reported by The Hollywood Gossip, Neal gave a lengthy interview to The Daily Beast this month in which she claimed Benn slit the throat of her dog.
Yes, you sadly read that correct.
In this feature, Neal described her ex-boyfriend as a "manipulative and maniacal fraudster” who “defrauded her of millions."
She went on to state that Benn once "bragged" that he "bashed [her] cat's brains in" -- and that Benn once recorded himself sexually assaulting Neal as she was sleeping days after she broke up with him about a year and a half ago.
Just bat$hit crazy and awful accusations are being hurled by both sides here.
On the professional front, Neal played Assistant District Attorney Casey Novak on the Law & Order: SVU from 2001-2012, although she left the procedural from 2008-2011.
She has since appeared on Suits, Power, NCIS, The Following and Blue Bloods.
Benn has denied all of Neal's claims, but he was arrested on April 1, 2019 for on suspicion of misdemeanor stalking of... yes, Neal.
She has since been awarded a two-year order of protection from her ex-boyfriend.
