Harry Morton, the founder of the Pink Taco restaurant chain and a serious ex-boyfriend of Lindsay Lohan’s, was found dead inside his Beverly Hills home on Saturday.
He was 38 years old.
A spokesperson with the Beverly Hills Police Department spoke to People Magazine and confirmed the tragic piece of news.
This spokesperson said Harry’s younger brother, Matthew, was the one to find the restauranteur unresponsive inside of his residence.
The Los Angeles County Coroner also confirmed this development to E! News, stating that cause has not been determined.
There is no evidence of foul play, however, and an autopsy is pending.

Morton is the son of business tycoon Peter Morton, the co-founder of Hard Rock Cafe and Hotels.
He’s also the grandson of Arnie Morton, founder of Morton’s The Steakhouse.
In addition to starting Pink Taco, which has locations in Los Angeles, Chicago, Boston and Las Vegas, Harry also once owned the Viper Room nightclub in West Hollywood.
He’s an investor in Beacher’s Madhouse.
Said Pink Taco in a statement:
“We are saddened by the passing of Harry Morton, the founder and former owner of Pink Taco.
"Harry was a visionary and restaurateur ahead of his time, and his contributions, both professionally to our brand and personally to those he worked with, were numerous.
"Our thoughts and condolences are with his family and friends during this difficult time."
On the celebrity gossip front, Morton dated Lohan in the summer of 2006.
In 2010, he and Jennifer Aniston even went on a few dates — Harry and Demi Moore also were a romantic for about six months in 2013.
Two years later, Harry and Britney Spears went on at least one date in 2015.
Harry has been close with Paris Hilton for a number of years and there have also been rumors of those two stars having been together at some point in the past.
Morton recently made headlines for purchasing Elvis Presley’s former Beverly Hills estate, the one this iconic singer bought the year he married Priscilla Presley.
To be clear, though, this is NOT where Morton was found dead.
As of this writing, none of Morton’s famous exes has spoken out on his passing.
May he rest in peace.
UPDATE: Lohan, just commented on Harry’s death, posting a photo of the two of them from back in the day and writing:
"Best friends. Best life."
