To the surprise of no one, the breakdown Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin's marriage was at the center of Monday's Teen Mom 2 reunion.
Chelsea Houska also had her turn in the hot seat, but all eyes were on Kailyn and Javi, whose relationship dominated the season that was.
Picking up after a finale which saw Kailyn and Javi Marroquin getting into a huge fight, Teen Mom 2 Season 8 Episode 12 pulled no punches.
An emotional Kailyn laid it all out on the table, saying they were never "this f--king happy couple," and that it's time for Javi to move on.
Lowry, who is pregnant with her third child, says she has cried for many hours about how things turned out, but it's time to accept reality.
She acknowledged that she and Javi need to be civil for the sake of their two-year-old son Lincoln, though that's easier said than done.
When did she know it was over with Marroquin?
Lowry explained to Dr. Drew Pinsky, "I said the deployment would make us or break us and for me ... I think it had solidified my decision."
"I had not wanted to be with him prior to the deployment so once he deployed, it really sunk in that this is what it would be like if we got divorced."
"I started to find myself and really be happy."
Harsh words if you're Javi, but brutally honest, and Kailyn also revealed that her miscarriage was the final straw in the couple's marriage.
The 25-year-old continued, "He doesn't see it but I was so out. I didn't want to be in the marriage anymore. It was before [the miscarriage]."
"But I think that was probably the final straw for me. I wasn't nice to him, we stopped supporting each other, and we fought all the time."
Javi also admitted fault Monday night, specifically regarding that time he broke into Kailyn's house uninvited, scaring her older son Isaac.
"I was in a rough spot, I'm not gonna lie," he said.
"I lost it, I was out of control. At the time I still had feelings for her so I wasn't thinking about Lincoln. it was more, how do I get control of Kail?"
Bottom line: Kail and Javi showed more self-awareness with these quotes than with any of their words or actions in the last year combined.
Hopefully it's something they can build on, but sadly for Kailyn, her problems with exes and custody don't end with the U.S. Air Force airman.
Enter her other baby's father, Jo Rivera.
Jo and his new fiancée Vee Torres spoke about their current custody situation and Vee revealed that she wanted Jo to get 50/50 custody.
That didn't sit well with Lowry, who took umbrage and responded to Vee's comment and hoping Jo will take her to court thusly:
"It's like a threat, I feel like."
Maybe? Maybe not. Rivera was notably thrown for a loop by Javi's breaking and entering, so perhaps that plays a role in his thinking.
In any case, Kail is pregnant, Jo and Vee are engaged, Javi is dating Madison Channing Walls and there are going to be three kids involved.
Can't we all just get along?!
