Bar Refaeli is not wasting any time in the expansion of her family.
Really. Not any time at all.
The gorgeous model took to Instagram on Tuesday in order to announce she's pregnant with her second child, an exciting piece of news that is also a rather shocking one.
Because Refaeli just gave birth in August!
That's a mere seven months ago!
“Something’s cooking …” Refaeli wrote as a caption to the above mirror selfie, in which her black shirt is rolled up to expose her tiny baby bump.
As of this writing, the image has received over 77,300 Likes.
The veteran beauty welcomed daughter Liv into the world last summer; it was the first baby for her and husband Adi Ezra, a very lucky 41-year-old businessman who exchanged vows with Refaeli in Haifa, Israel in September 2015.
Little Liv was born at Ichilov Hospital in Tel Aviv, Israel, weighing in at 7 pounds at the time.
Prior to becoming a mother for the first time, Refaeli kept fans well apprised of the state of her growing stomach on Instagram.
She stunned fans after five months of pregnancy with how svelte she still looked; and she made it clear later on that she was ready to meet her daughter.
"You can come out now .. I'm ready. And heavy," Refaeli wrote as a caption to a photo 12 days prior to giving birth last year.
She also told Hello! Fashion Monthly in June that she’s always craved a big family, which may explain why she and Leonardo DiCaprio never got married.
The stars dated from 2005 through 2011, but DiCaprio has never wanted children.
"I think this will be a decade of family...I come from a family of four children," Refaeli last summer, adding:
"A lot of mums could read this and think, 'Yeah, try having one first.' Hopefully, I'll have a big family, but I’ll take it one by one."
Well, Bar has tried having one first. And she must have liked it a lot.
Here she is, less than a year later, ready to give it another go!
No word yet on when Refaeli will welcome her second bundle of joy, but basic math makes it very, very likely that we'll meet him or her some time in 2017.
