Rick Ross is in serious trouble with the law.

Yes, again.

According to TMZ sources, the rapper was arrested Wednesday morning in Fayette County, Georgia and changed with kidnapping, aggravated assault and aggravated battery.

The U.S. Marshals Service says the scandalous incident took place approximately two weeks ago, and it centered on a confrontation between Ross and some dude doing work at one of his homes.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ that the assault charge stems from a pistol-whipping, while the kidnapping charge is due to the man allegedly not being permitted to leave the residence.

Ross and his bodyguard were taken into custody and and arrested without incident at the artist’s main home.

Around the same time as this alleged altercation, Ross was busted for misdemeanor possession of marijuana, also in Fayette County.

It’s a good thing Rick Ross is rich forever, we guess. Because he apparently needs bail money all the time.
