E! has released the official trailer for Keeping Up with the Kardashians Season 10 Episode 6, which will air this Sunday night and which will feature Disick brokering a deal to celebrate Jenner’s birthday at a Vegas nightclub.
Only for him to show up wasted and belligerent for the event.

In March, Disick checked into a rehab facility in Costa Rica, admitting at the time that "my issues are bigger than me, and I’m ready to truly remedy this struggle I continue to battle."
However, he left the program after just a few days and it’s unclear now where his substance abuse journey stands.
Elsewhere on Sunday’s installment, meanwhile, Kim Kardashian will resort to spy tactics to solve a major problem at Dash New York; and a pregnant Kourtney Kardashian will bare all for a nude photo shoot.
That sort of thing is more expected than finding Scott Disick with a drink in his hands.
