The end of an era will soon be upon us. After seven seasons, 47,000 Scotches, and several gallons of pomade, the critically acclaimed AMC series Mad Men will begin airing its final episodes in April.

The show’s creators are notoriously tight-lipped when it comes to plot details, but today AMC posted a couple photos of boozy adman Don Draper living out the final days of the ’60s:

Yes, the pics don’t give away much, but let’s dissect them in search of non-existent spoilers anyway, shall we?

First, we have a close-up of Don looking existentially bummed that pretty much perfectly encapsulates the tone of the entire series.

We’re assuming that just out of frame, Don is holding a Lucky Strike, getting a handy from a girl in the steno pool and coming face-to-face with some terrifying vision of the past he’s been running from his entire life.

If you could see the whole photo, you’d be able to knowledgably discuss the entire series without ever watching a single episode.

Next, we have Don looking existentially bummed while standing by a pool.

Has he ditched the advertising game to enter the world of high-end landscaping? Perhaps he’s formulating a plan for an in-ground filled with Canadian Club?

The world may never know. Just kidding; we’ll know in a couple months. In the meantime, it’s a comfort to know that for now, Jon Hamm is still dapper, still drunk, and still Don.

Though it’s a bit disappointing that the giant Hamm dong isn’t visible in these pics. Must’ve taken a master of Photoshop to eliminate that monster.
