Camille and Kelsey Grammer finalized their extremely messy divorce two years ago now, but their relationship has remained as contentious as ever.
The former star of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is speaking out to accuse her former husband of abandoning her ... during her cancer battle!
Camille Grammer was diagnosed with endometrial cancer in 2013, and underwent surgery, grueling radiation and chemotherapy to defeat the disease.
Through it all, she says, Kelsey never reached out even once.
“After being diagnosed, I reached out to Kelsey’s camp, since he refuses to talk to me directly. I conveyed the news, and never heard one word back."
That, she says, was "obviously very hurtful ... we may have had our issues, but we have two kids together. Put our history aside and just step up for the sake of the kids."
Daughter Mason, 13, and son, Jude, 10, were "scared that their mom had been diagnosed with cancer. I tried to keep much of the illness away from them.”
“If Kelsey had faced a similar health crisis," she says, "I would immediately call him, attempt to have a conversation to see if there was anything I could do.”
Camille Grammer spoke in advance of her appearance on The Doctors, where the reality star and model will be raising awareness for women’s cancer.
“I’m in such a great place now, happy and healthy and committed to help women everywhere become more knowledgeable about cancer,” Camille added.
Since divorcing Kelsey, Camille became involved with Dimitri Charalambopoulos, who she accused of domestic abuse and got a restraining order against.
The male Grammer went on to marry and start a family with his fourth wife, Kayte Walsh. He has four daughters and two sons by his various spouses.
