Now that Kris and Bruce Jenner are officially divorced, you might think they’d start competing for their children’s affection.
However, sources say Bruce is more concerned with trying to reverse the damage done by years of overly-permissive parenting.
That means keeping a close eye on his daughters’ social media accounts and putting a stop to one wildly inappropriate relationship.
Yes, Bruce is less than thrilled about Kylie Jenner dating Tyga, and who could blame him? She’s 17; he’s 25, and the whole thing has generated a ton of controversy.
Insiders say that now that Bruce has legally parted ways with Kris, he’ll join her eldest daughters in trying to break Kylie and Tyga up.
“For the longest time, Bruce kept the divorce amicable,” says one source. “But now that it’s finalized, he’s ready to stop stepping back.”
“It’s killing him to watch [Kris] look the other way as Kylie and Kendall date older guys and make one bad decision after another.”
Kris hasn’t spoken publicly about the relationship – except to deny that it’s going on – but she certainly seems to have no problem with her daughter’s cradle-robbing romance.
Kylie and Tyga traveled to Europe together in October, reportedly with Kris’ full approval.
Sure, the age of consent is lower there, making the relations between Kylie and Tyga legal, but somehow we doubt that makes Bruce feel much better about the situation.
It’ll be interesting to see how Kylie responds to Bruce putting his foot down, particularly if that foot is sporting a pricey Louboutin stiletto:
