It’s safe to say that a lot took place on Nashville Season 3 Episode 10.
Someone was diagnosed with a terminal disease. Someone may have been killed. There was a long-awaited reunion. And let’s not forget about that paternity revelation.
With Luke and Rayna’s wedding on the horizon, the latter’s feelings of dread about actually going through with these nuptials – about what they would do to her life and children – finally caused her the country queen to call everything off. o
On the morning of the ceremony.
As you might expect and understand, Luke was peeved and, although Rayna was upset about hurting him, she looked at peace as she drove away at the conclusion of the winter finale.
Meanwhile, Juliette asked Avery to move in with her in order to make the co-parenting things easer. After giving it some serious thought, the father-to-be came up with a better idea: He proposed!
She said yes! And they were married in a quiet civil ceremony!
As for Deacon and Scarlett? They spent a chunk of the hour in Memphis, singing karaoke and seemingly having a blast. Until Deacon returned to the hotel because he said he felt ill.
Scarlett eventually discovered Deacon unconscious near some broken glass and minibar bottles of alcohol. Did he fall off the wagon? No. Does he have a terminal disease? Tragically… yes.
Finally, as you’ll see when you watch Nashville online, Jeff dumped Layla, prompting her to pop some pills and possibly drown in the swimming pool; while Gunnae learned that Micah is his nephew, NOT his son.
All this AND the usual amount of great Nashville music.
That’s a lot to digest, but we have a lot of time to do so: Nashville is now on holiday hiatus and will not return with a new episode until 2015.
