Wednesday on Survivor Season 29 Episode 8, the claws came out when two parents defend their children, which obviously meant things got personal.
Very personal. Meanwhile, the castaways enjoyed a taco bar after exiling one of their own. How did that play out? And what players are still left in the game?
When Survivor Season 29 Episode 8 began, Jon and Jaclyn found themselves trying to pull the strings once again, this time between Jeremy and Josh.
At first, the duo sided with one and then the other, but after Jon was sent away to Exile Island, things changed for this season’s surprising king makers.
With Jon gone, and the other men ignoring Jaclyn’s influence, she persuaded Jon to switch allegiances yet another time and vote Josh out of the game.
They did exactly that.
With the other alliance not seemingly enthralled with Jaclyn and pretty close to each other, it was probably her best move. Or perhaps her only move.
In any case, Josh was blindsided and got the boot despite being one of the stronger players around. Go it goes in San Juan Del Sur as they say.
Other highlights when you watch Survivor online this week include Jon finding a hidden immunity idol with surprising ease and Wes paying for a taco reward.
As in opting to go double meat and double cheese and then paying for it later, if you know what we mean. We mean his body did not take to it that well.
Finally, Jeremy won immunity in a memory challenge that seemed so simple, but after 21 days playing Survivor, proved a test of everyone’s mental mettle.
