Even by its lofty standards, South Park Season 18 Episode 7 was a pretty absurd installment, centered mostly around Butters and his perception of reality.
More specifically, Butters’ belief that he is residing in an alternate reality.
How did that all turn out for the kid? Well, you can probably guess …
Butters channeled his inner Sarah Palin and went rogue.
No, not by fighting a group of people at a house party, as Sarah recently did. Actually, the kid came pretty close, turning the town of South Park upside down.
Trying to figure out what is real and what is fake – which can be a challenging and confusing endeavor, as you know if you’ve seen Inception – was his goal.
Did he succeed? Or did he simply entertain the others?
Well, he did get stabbed by a hooker. So there’s that.
