A picture is worth a thousand words, as they say.
For Beyonce, this old adage is one to swear by.
In recent months, the singer has battled rumor after rumor that her marriage to Jay Z is on the rocks, most recently that she is apartment shopping by herself.
Instead of releasing a statement denying the Beyonce-Jay Z divorce rumors, she has taken again to social media to subtly but clearly shoot down the reports:
On Tuesday, hours after the apartment-hunting story made the rounds on the Internet, she posted a sweet photo of Jay Z and their daughter Blue Ivy on the beach.
“My favorite hue is Jay Z Blue,” read the caption.
Nicely played by the Queen. And a cute pic, too.
A week ago, Bey dodged split rumors in similar fashion, posting a photo of baby blue holding each of her parents’ hands in a show of family unity.
Seems to be her go-to move.
For all the gossip that continuously surrounds the superstar duo, who are currently in the midst of their On the Run tour, there’s no hard proof of marital strife.
On the plus side, the more ridiculous reports that tabloids come up with, the more sweet Instagram pictures she’ll probably post. So it’s win-win in a sense.
