Just a few weeks after going blonde, the actress has changed her hair color once again, posting an Instagram photo of herself sort of resembling a mermaid.
"She would be half a planet away, floating in a turquoise sea, dancing by moonlight to flamenco guitar," Hudgens wrote as a caption, quoting White Oleander.
