The Voice Top 5 Recap: It's (Double) Crunch Time

The Voice raised the stakes yet again this week as the five singers on the NBC reality show took to the stage competing for America's votes and a spot in the finals.

The good news? They were all solid. The bad news?

There are only three spots available to move on. That's right, two singers are going home tonight, and at this point, all bets are off as the sixth season winds down.

So let's break down the performances, shall we?

Christina Grimmie of Team Adam, the YouTube star poured her heart and soul into fun.'s "Some Nights" and Imogen Heap's "Hide and Seek."

Josh Kaufman of Team Usher covered OneRepublic's "Love Runs Out" and John Legend's current smash hit ballad "All of Me," nailing both.

Kristen Merlin of Team Shakira channeled Miranda Lambert with a cover of "Gunpowder and Lead" and put her all into Jewel's "Foolish Games."

Kat Perkins of Team Adam made a push for the finals with Sia's "Chandelier" and wowed the coaches with her take on Demi Lovato's "Let It Go."

Jake Worthington of Team Blake paid tribute to Waylon Jennings with the classic "Good Ol' Boys" and also covered Bryan Adams' "Heaven."

It's an interesting mix of singers, genres and talent, and extra cool that all four coaches are alive heading into the final five for the first time in show history.

That will not be the case after tonight. The question is whether someone not named Adam or Blake can break through and lead a protege to the top.
