First, as you can see in a photo she proudly shared via Instagram, the singer simulated oral sex on a gigantic inflatable penis in front of many screaming fans:

She’s only been back on stage for a couple shows, following a week-long hospitalization for having an allergic reaction to some medication.
During her first night back on tour, Cyrus told the crowd to smoke weed and rode around on a giant hot dog.
