Kanye West has reached a plea bargain in his pending assault case and will not be spending any time behind bars.

The future Mr. Kim Kardashian was thereby sentenced to two years of probation; 24 anger management sessions; and 250 hours of community service.

Kanye must also pay for the damage to the man's equipment and any medical bills he incurred.

The star did not, however, reach a civil settlement with the reporter, meaning he could still be forced to pony up some serious bucks down the line.

This plea will not be used against him in a civil lawsuit, if it comes to that.

In July, photographer Daniel Ramos alleged that West punched him in an unprovoked attack, taking his camera away in the ensuing scuffle.
