Their In a World Like This Tour went so well (apparently) in 2013, the reunited Backstreet Boys have decided to extend it into this summer – with Avril Lavigne!

The late ’90s live as the singer will join the group as opening act for a two-month foray into North American amphitheaters, according to reports.

After a string of Canadian shows in early May, the tour will return to the U.S. for 23 concerts, beginning May 22 at the WaMu Theater in Seattle, Wash.

“We really wanted to put together a great show and do our best to give everyone their money’s worth,” Backstreet’s Brian Littrell said in a press release.

“Avril is an unbelievably talented artist who’s a perfect fit.”

If only they could get her husband Chad Kroeger to join.
