The hands-free Whopper tool is, unfortunately, an item that actually exists.

But just when you thought fast food innovation had hit its most pointless, the following video introduces us to the Domino’s DomiCopter.

Created and operated by a company called AeroSight, it appears to deliver pizza via drone.

And according to a press release from the UK branch of Domino’s, the chain is serious about maybe putting it into use.

Sadly, Americans should not brace themselves for similar technology from the restaurant.

The US Federal Aviation Administration’s rules on unmanned aircrafts makes it clear that commercial operations are not permitted to fly such devices.

"This has nothing to do with us in the U.S. and we have no plans to pursue this idea," said a spokesman for domestic Domino’s.
