Alec Baldwin might be sticking around NBC after all.

According to The New York Times, the former 30 Rock star may jump on to the network’s late-night talk show carousel, taking over the very late-night spot currently occupied by Carson Daly.

Last week, NBC confirmed that Jimmy Fallon will host The Tonight Show in 2014.

It’s unclear what the future holds for Jay Leno, while names such as Seth Meyers and Joel McHale have been floated around for Fallon’s 12:35 a.m. spot.

Baldwin, meanwhile, is a two-time Emmy Award winner, a podcast host and possibly the greatest Saturday Night Live host in history.
