Shawn Holley is saying goodbye to Lindsay Lohan for good.
Her attorney has had enough of her antics and is in the process of filling out paperwork and getting the necessary signatures to officially withdraw from her case.
All before Lindsay’s hearing on January 30, too. Ouch.
Earlier this month, Lindsay fired Shawn while the lawyer was ON HER WAY to the courthouse to discuss a plea bargain in Lindsay’s most recent legal entanglement.
Lindsay hired Mark Heller, a New York lawyer who’s not licensed to practice in California. Holley entered a plea of not guilty for Lohan despite the firing.
Looks like she’s on her own now, however.
Despite the fact that Lindsay told Holley she made a mistake firing her and wants her back, Holley has had it with Lohan, who still owes her a ton of money.
Big shocker there, seeing as Lindsay Lohan is broke.
Holley probably will never get paid now, but Lohan may be the real loser in this breakup. She faces a significant amount of jail time for lying to police.
And now has no lawyer to represent her to boot.
